Is my company eligible for a VAT refund?

In order to file a claim for a VAT refund, your company must fulfil three conditions:

  1. Your company is not established in France
  2. Your company does not carry out transactions in France that are outside of the French VAT system, but which are liable for VAT
  3. The VAT paid in France concerns expenses that you have made in France for the purposes of your special activity.
