What can I do if my request for a payment extension has been refused?

If, following the initial procedure, you consider that your request was not treated in a satisfactory manner, you can refer the matter to the tax mediator.

To do so, you should send your request in a letter (for the attention of the “Conciliateur fiscal départemental”) or by email.

You can find the contact details for the tax mediator in your département in the “Contact” section of this website, “Particulier” > “Votre dossier fiscal (domicile en France)” > “Autres (dont quitus fiscal, enregistrement, etc.)” > “Contacter le conciliateur fiscal” > Choose your département then click on “rechercher votre service”.
