My company holds shares in a property holding company in France. Which department should I contact ?
A company with foreign capital which holds shares in a French partnership that has not opted for the corporation tax (property holding company, economic interest group, joint venture or general partnership) is liable for tax in France on the proportion of earnings derived from their interest in the partnership.
